Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

1. Free pick up at our Brisbane warehouse or Gold Coast location. A time for collection will be arranged with you.
2. Use our national freight carrier to deliver to your door. As these items are bulky we will contact you to arrange to ensure you receive it with care.

Delivery Times

All items are in stock in our Brisbane warehouse and will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order.  All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
